Green Hydrogen Solutions’ East London IDZ Project Highlighted in the 2026 Green Hydrogen Dealbook

Green Hydrogen Solutions (GHS) is proud to announce the inclusion of the GHS Green Hydrogen ELIDZ project located in the East London Industrial Development Zone (ELIDZ) as one of six ventures featured in the inaugural South African Green Hydrogen Deal Book. The Deal Book is officially launched today at the Africa Green Hydrogen Summit in Cape Town (September 15–16, 2026), coinciding with the announcement of the First Wave of Projects assessed through the PtX Project Development Standard (PtX PDS). 

Engineering News - 16th May 2025 - A request for proposal (RFP) process has been launched to inform the front-end engineering design (FEED) study for a fully integrated green hydrogen project at the East London Industrial Development Zone (ELIDZ), in the Eastern Cape. 

Sandton, South Africa – May, 2025 – Green Hydrogen Solutions (“GHS”) through its project company GHS Green Hydrogen ELIDZ (“GHELIDZ”) launched a Request for Proposal (RFP) process, seeking input from leading equipment suppliers for the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) study of its groundbreaking, fully integrated green hydrogen project.

 London, 15 September 2021: AqualisBraemar LOC, Longitude Engineering, Poole Harbour Commissioners and Green Hydrogen Solutions have been awarded a grant to study a Green Hydrogen Production Barge concept feasibility study for powering local marine vessels and other port use cases.
